How To Get Help for A Device Issue
If you're experiencing an issue with a device, you can open a support ticket with the JACS Helpdesk using the form at the link below. Once we receive your submission, we’ll send an email notification with details of your Helpdesk ticket. If our technicians aren’t able to resolve your issue through the ticket, we may request that you send us your device(s) through our RMA process. A member of our team will reach out to you to start the RMA process. We’ll then provide you with an RMA number over the phone or by email, along with instructions on how to return the device to our Repair Center.
Device Protection Plans
JACS Solutions offers three levels of protection for our hardware platforms. In addition to our Standard Warranty, which is included with every JACS product, we offer two levels of upgraded protection. Our JACS Care plan includes all of the coverage of our Standard Warranty and no-cost technical support, free one-way shipping on RMA products, and more. Our JACS Protect plan offers the highest level of coverage, including expedited repair time and a full device replacement option.
