JACS continues its rapid growth with strategic hires in R&D, sales, and operations
JACS Solutions, a global provider of custom mobility solutions for industrial and enterprise Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications, today announced it has made strategic investments in its research and development, sales, operations, and marketing departments to support its continued growth and to build upon its excellent customer service and support.
The company welcomes Dr. Chang-gang Zhang, Ph.D., Vice President of Technology; Saeed Saatchi, Vice President of Operations; Michael Hayes, Vice President of Sales; and Justin Panzer, Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, who have joined the senior leadership team.

Dr. Chang-gang Zhang brings more than 30 years of experience in research and development, product engineering, and program management. A leader in wireless access and IoT technologies, Dr. Zhang specializes in wireless networking (LTE, MIMO, CA, and Nb-IoT), packet data core networks, VOIP, IMS, and RF planning and optimization. Prior to joining JACS Solutions, oversaw several handset product lines for the U.S. market with Qualcomm. Most recently, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Foxx Development, Inc., a global manufacturer of wireless communications devices, where he was responsible for product management and delivery.
With significant experience in managing the entire mobile device product life cycle, from concept to development, Saeed Saatchi has a strong background in customized connectivity solutions for Fortune 500 companies, such as Samsung and Verizon Wireless. For more than two decades, Mr. Saatchi has worked in the wireless product and services space with responsibilities including go-to-market strategy development, product customization, and channel partner relationship management. Most recently, he led operations for two start-ups in the technology space.
Michael Hayes has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, providing strategic planning and implementation across multiple channels and executing successful growth strategies in both B2B and B2C environments. Prior to joining JACS Solutions, Mr. Hayes was vice president of sales and marketing at Motorola, where he led the sales, business development, and marketing teams and specialized in new business development. Previous experience also includes successful tenures with Nortel and Sprint.
Throughout his career, Justin Panzer has led marketing for organizations both large and small, creating high-growth demand generation and building best-in-class operational structures to boost revenue, improve conversion rates, and reduce costs. Most recently, Mr. Panzer worked independently as a marketing consultant for clients in the technology, healthcare, and chemical industries, where he focused on extending marketing proficiency in demand generation, analytics, and digital customer experience. Prior to those engagements, he spent more than 20 years leading marketing strategy and operations in the telecommunications, radio frequency, and wireless technology industries.
