JOB TITLE:    Marketing Manager



REPORTS TO: Sr. Director, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for a well-rounded, creative, analytical and energetic professional to lead the overall marketing activities, with an emphasis on digital marketing. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of the marketing programs to help elevate JACS Solutions’ brand, attract and convert more customers and, ultimately, contribute to the company’s continuing growth.   • Contributes to the development of the strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company
  • Spearheads digital marketing activities including but not limited to company website, social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.
  • Manages inbound content marketing. Creates regular and quality contents such as web copies, blogs, case studies, white papers, social media posts, and multimedia contents such as videos and infographics
  • Tracks, measures and integrates marketing activities via tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and Mailchimp. Identify trends, insights and key areas for optimization and ROI tracking.
  • Manages the company’s exhibitions at industry trade shows and strategic partner events, including all related promotional and logistical details, pre and post show outreach, booth displays, etc. Identify new trade shows and events.
  • Supports new product launches and sales activities by developing sales tools such as sell sheets, explainer videos, messaging, and lead generation activities
  • Manages joint marketing activities with JACS Solutions’ strategic partners via online and offline activities
  • Collaborates with sales to identify target customer profiles and designs targeted marketing activities accordingly



  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field
  • Four to six years related experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or product marketing in B2B environments
  • Experience with CRM tools, WordPress, SEO
  • Experience in marketing technology products a plus
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, products and operations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Great attention to details.
