In order to perform at a greater level of efficiency and provide our customers with a higher level of service, we have migrated over to a new helpdesk system and closed our old ticketing system.

To open a ticket with our technical support, please send an email directly to helpdesk@jacs-solutions.com. This is the only change to the process. You will continue to receive replies via email, just as you did with the old ticketing system.
